Must be available to work between 8-10 hours per week during the normal workday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday).

Pay Rate $8 to $12
Minimum Experience/Education

Must be a currently enrolled UNC Charlotte student. Additionally, must have been awarded, and accepted, Federal Work Study funding as part of a financial aid package as administered by the Office of Student Financial Aid.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Light office duties; answering phones, greeting visitors, copying documents, run errands on campus and operating office equipment. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phone lines, respond to caller’s questions and/or directing the caller to the appropriate party.
Greet visitors; provide information, instructions and direct visitors to appropriate party.
Hand out forms to students when needed.
Other office duties as assigned.

Other Work/Responsibilities

Prepare seminar flyers in MS Word and post throughout building.
Prepare seminar snacks.
Other office duties as assigned.
