Minimum Experience/Education

2-4 years of administrative experience

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
  • Experience in fundraising, event management, and Microsoft Excel (database management)
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • High level of confidentiality
Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be a member of the prospect strategy and research team and will assist the director with various administrative tasks related to constituent and prospect record management. These tasks include the following:

  • Managing data entry related to special events, performances, alumni gatherings, and board membership
  • Updating interest and affinity group information
  • Recording staff assignments and proposal information in the donor database
