Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM – -7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate $21.00/hour
Minimum Experience/Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Use of Windows lab imaging tools such as SCCM and Casper, and familiarity with supporting both Windows and Macintosh systems on Active Directory. Macintosh lab administration is strongly desired. Experience in a multilingual computer lab environment is desired. Excellent communication skills highly welcome. Lab management in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences is coordinated at the college level; teamwork is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

The coordinator staffs and supervises the Language Resource Center (LRC) during regular business operations, provides technical support of LRC and film computer lab hardware and software, configuration and imaging, maintenance and minor repairs, development of technical solutions; provides local support for faculty and staff desktop computing; provides support for LRC and film faculty and student clients in multilingual and multimedia computing; and maintains LRC and film lab hardware, software and media inventories.
