Work Schedule

Usually Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate $9.25 per hour.
Minimum Experience/Education

Must be a currently enrolled UNC Charlotte student.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
Duties and Responsibilities

General building maintenance and repair, i.e. interior and exterior painting, light carpentry, plumbing, moving furniture, and general cleaning to assist with the overall maintenance, repair and renovation of University Housing and buildings.

Successful candidates must be able to lift and move various objects weighing 40 pounds or more to a height equal to the employee’s shoulders.

Any other duties as assigned.
